The minimum opening order is $150 and $75 for re-orders. Our minimums are listed below and vary per product. All prices are subject to change.

ORDERING ONLINE

For ease, we have created an online shop for you to place your orders directly. We accept payment in forms of Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All orders made directly through our online shop will be charged immediately for product as well as shipping costs. 

ORDERING THROUGH THE STUDIO

If you prefer, orders can be directly with our studio via email at wholesale@dahliapress.com as well as over the phone (206.552.9447). Orders placed through the studio will be charged at time of shipping. Net 30 terms are considered for established accounts in good standing only.

SHIPPING

Our default shipping method is USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Should you have time-sensitive orders, please contact us directly so we can work with you to choose the appropriate shipping method. We will also try our hardest to find the most economical method of shipping. Any shipping overage not billed at checkout will be invoiced separately at time of mailing. Any international shipping fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Dahlia Press is not responsible for carrier delays or damage. All orders ship from our location in Seattle, WA.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. The quality of our paper goods is extremely important to us and will be inspected prior to shipment to insure it meets our quality standard. However, should you need to make any returns or exchanges, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

TURNAROUND + BACKORDERS

Our standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks (shipping time not included), however if possible, we like to ship out most orders within 72 hours. Larger orders may require additional lead time. If you have time sensitive shipments, please contact us directly regarding your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Occasionally products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered, and if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Upon restocking, we will ship the item immediately, unless directed otherwise. All shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.

DISPLAY + SOCIAL MEIDA

All items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Box sets may not be broken apart and sold individually. We love social media! Should you decide to post photos of our work (and we love it when you do), please tag us @dahliapress.

PAPER + PACKAGING

All cards are letterpress printed on 100% cotton paper stock, or flat printed on recycled stock (as indicated). All cards come with blank interiors unless otherwise noted. All greetings include a coordinating paper envelope. Individual cards come wrapped in cellophane sleeves, boxed sets come in a clear plastic box. 

LETTERPRESS PRINTING

Letterpress is a centuries-old relief printing art form that presses a raised, inked image into paper to create a one-of-a-kind impression. The small variations in inking, color, and position are a hallmark of authenticity and greatly add to the beauty and value of each printed piece. Although we work hard to maintain consistency in our color, some colors and densities may vary, as is the nature of letterpress printing. We reserve the right to substitute envelope color, if the standard is not available.
